Pete Ashton's Notes & Links

Notes from Monday 10 November

A rabbit is photographed under a bench by a cat door. The flash has made their eye glow bright red. There's a stem of hay reaching into the frame pointing at the eye.
I don’t like photographs of the rabbits taken with flash, especially when it looks like we’re poking then with a stick (it’s tasty fresh hay), but Lav looks so perfectly evil here…

Status:

Flu vaccine today, in anticipation of a particularly bad season. Since the British learned nothing from Covid it’s probably best to be prepared for the worst. I’m not sure how much it costs as the pharmacist said I was probably immunocompromised given my history so didn’t charge me, but I don’t think it’s much. £25?

Haven’t have any notable side effects but to be honest they’re probably no different to a standard day with chronic fatigue. LOL!

The pharmacy was a little chaotic, at least to my mostly agrophobic senses. I always forget to bring earplugs etc and should really prep a leaving the house go-bag.
