A slushy hangover
Status:
My meeting with the CFS occupational therapist is next Friday so I figured I should start reviewing all the material they gave me in the autumn. It got a bit overwhelming though and left me in a weird place for the rest of the day. I’ll go back to it again tomorrow - repeated exposure in small doses should inoculate me.
Overnight listening:
- In Our Time: Longitude - Dava Sobel’s book was massive when I was a non-fiction bookseller but I never read it, so it was nice to finally learn what all the fuss was about 30 years later.
