Status:
Had my meeting with the chronic fatigue occupational therapist today. It went really well but completely wiped me out. Have spent the rest of the day in a bit of a daze, oscillating between tired and miserable. All together now: it will pass.
Overnight listening:
- In Our Time: Margaret Beaufort - Just listening to people explain the War of the Roses is exhausting. Can’t imagine how tedious it must have been to be alive then, trying to figure out which posh twit had been killed by another posh twit who was now king or whatever. Sheesh.

- Mr Smith Goes to Dalston: John Smith on The Girl Chewing Gum at 50 - A fantastic classic piece of film – you can watch it online. I’ll have to seek out his other work now.
