We’d heard from neighbours that hedgehogs had been spotted so I put out the trailcam for the first time since the autumn and caught two of the little buggers! Loads of footage which I will edit into a video when I find the time but here’s a screenshot of them having a face-off at 3am.

So good to see them back in the garden. We had a lot of hog action but it suddenly stopped around this time last year so we were worried sometime had happened and we’d seen the last of them. Fingers crossed they hang around and we get some babies later.
Had my mental health therapy session today (as opposed to my CFS therapy, which is tomorrow) and it wasn’t too draining, though we’re still setting the groundwork so haven’t dug into anything just yet.
Have been feeling much brighter today, to the point where I need to be careful not to get too carried away. A few times I could feel a slight mania kicking in which feels good but is potentially very bad, so I have to stop and retreat and calm down.
