Therapy day today, and it’s going well, I think. Talked about my mood on Sunday and whether I’m doomscrolling or not. I’m pretty sure I’m managing my screen time well, but then I’m sure everyone thinks that. Might be worth getting some data on what my inputs really are. I do find it fascinating to see how other people use their computers. It is too gauche to assume mine might be of interest?
Also had a visit from a friend with a dog, which is always a joy.

- As censorship expands, autonomous libraries are springing up to fill the gaps — A brief look at leftist/anarchist community libraries in the US which I found really interesting. Mentioned Tamarack Free Library which I think could be good model for Stirchley, so keeping tabs on that. Also like the look of the Free Society People’s Library. (Our local library is great but it’s constantly under threat so can’t be relied upon long term.)
- The World Cup reimagined as Gianni Infantino’s West Side Story — I normally skip David Squires' cartoons because I have no fucking idea what he’s on about, but this is quite genius.
