And lo, the chronic fatigue crash did finally come. All the usual bullshit — tired, impatient, sore, grumpy, irritable, aching, fuzzy head, can’t read, can’t think. It’ll pass, it always does.

Was doing my box breathing (the only thing that helps) and Fi said I sounded like Darth Vader. That explains why he’s so chill.
